Let’s be honest — life’s been a lot lately. You give, you hustle, you hold it all together, I love this for you, but when’s the last time you just let yourself just exist? Did something for you?
Consider this your invitation to drop into some Community Self Care. Think crystal singing bowls, dreamy frequencies, deep exhale vibes.
This is a community self care event, which means it’s donation-based / pay what you can. We’ll have a little cash jar on hand or you can make an etransfer donation if you wish.
Bring whatever you need to get comfy laying on the floor for an hour - a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask if you want total darkness.
